Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing veloxwork.com or using any Velox Work service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Velox Work provides workforce solutions including staffing, BPO outsourcing, data entry project management, and digital transformation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Freelancer Terms

By registering as a freelancer on Velox Work:

• You confirm that all information provided in your application is accurate and truthful
• You agree to maintain confidentiality of all client data accessed during projects
• You agree to complete accepted projects to the quality standards specified in the project brief
• You understand that registration is free and Velox Work charges no fees to freelancers
• Payouts are processed weekly and subject to successful quality review of submitted work
• Velox Work may remove a freelancer from the platform for poor quality, misconduct, or breach of NDA

4. Client Terms

Clients engaging Velox Work services agree to:

• Provide accurate project briefs and timely feedback during engagement
• Honour payment terms as agreed in the service contract
• Not directly solicit or hire Velox Work specialists outside the platform for 12 months following an engagement without prior written agreement
• Use delivered work only for lawful purposes

5. Payments & Fees

All service fees are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month. Velox Work reserves the right to pause services on accounts with outstanding invoices.

Freelancer payouts are made weekly to the registered bank account, subject to successful work submission and quality review.

6. Intellectual Property

All work product delivered by Velox Work specialists or freelancers becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Velox Work retains rights to aggregated, anonymised process knowledge and methodologies.

The Velox Work brand, logo, website content, and proprietary processes are the intellectual property of Velox Work and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velox Work's total liability to any client or freelancer shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from staffing or outsourcing engagements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Velox Work may immediately terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct that risks harm to our clients, freelancers, or reputation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
